New Kids On The Block Tour 2024 – Who doesn’t know about this Boy Band that gained huge fame in late 80s and early 90s? Yes, New Kids On The Block – NKOTB – is an American boy band formed in the year 1984. It’s a music band of five members, including Jonathan & Jordon Knight brothers. NKOTB enjoyed success in the late 1980s, and the The band’s early success was guided by Maurice Starr, who discovered pop/R&B quintet New Edition.

Initially the band name was Nynuk. Many called it as a meaningless one. Later it was changed to New Kids On The Block after Columbia demanded to change it. The band was in contract with Columbia Records.The band managed to sell over 80 Million records world wide between 1989 to 1993. And it remained as an inspiration for many future bands like Take That, Backstreet Boys, and NSYNC. During their peek time, New Kids On The Block band grabbed two American Music Awards under the category “Favourite Pop/Rock Band”. And “Rolling Stone” listed them on #16, on their “Top 25 Teen Idol Breakout Moments”.

The group disbanded in 1994, after some members disagreements. While they re-united again in 2007. In 2008 the band recorded a new album and held a concert tour in 2008 which was a huge success. Group was also recognised by Hollywood Walk Of Fame in 2014.

The Band has announced their new tour, The Magic Summer Tour 2024 on Monday, October 30^th 2023. As per the announcement, the tour will begin from June 14^th 2024 from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. In 2024 Tour, Band will be featuring two special guests this time – Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff. Most exciting part is the tour tickets will start selling from November 3^rd itself.
